Special Projects Intern (Curricular)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work closely with Commercial Team, Design, Merchandising, Central Buying, Central Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and regions to plan and manage day to day Special Projects activities

• Support and manage Special Projects planning, reports, deck creation and update, timing (GANNT, placeholders), analysis

• Assist and participate in identifying requirements, determining project scope and deliverables, setting priorities

• Research for new suppliers, competitors and partners

• Constantly update global materials (distribution lists, decks, GANNT, calendars, timing, agenda, placeholders, etc)

• Timely follow up and updates cross departments to meet deadlines

• Support in daily operations: new supplier registration, collect Masterdata info for code creation, support CB and the production for the final order

• Supporting Wholesale offline needs and special requests (exclusive product, in-store activations, etc) in coordination and alignment with the Wholesale Trade Marketing Strategy

• Monitoring payment terms, registration and follow up

• Sales Campaigns materials need collection and decks coordination

• Training materials

Qualifications:

• Solution-minded approach
• Possessing a strong attitude to det things done with quality and within the stipulated timeline
• Curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset
• Willingness to work in a highly collaborative atmosphere and within a team
• Appetite for knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Power Point programs
• Strong product knowledge and sensibility to luxury universes
• Good communicator - both verbal & written
• Attention to details and solid organizational skills
• Respect for the hierarchy structures
• Respect for deadlines and desire for keeping the high work quality
• Speaks fluently English
