Purpose of the position

Support the Women’s Accessories Merchandising Manager in the definition and management/control of the collection.

Start Date: 09/24

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Support Women’s Accessories Merchandising Manager during the product creation from a commercial aspect.

· Help the Women’s Accessories Merchandising Manager defining the collection structure from a commercial perspective in terms of price, models and Stock Keeping Units

· Support the Women’s Accessories Merchandising Manager during the review of prototypes with regard to function, consumer acceptance, trade acceptance

· Collect product information; materials, constructions

· Monitor sales and perform categories analyses globally

· Monitor and assist in controlling the budget

Competencies, Skills, Experience & Qualifications

· Education: graduate level from a recognized university

· Strong financial and analytical skills tied in with Microsoft Office skills

· Planning skills and analytical skills

· Previous experience in Collection Merchandising will be considered a plus

· Team player, committed with drive to achieve objectives

· Fluent in English and in Italian
