As an Associate Collections Representative with French, you will be at the forefront of resolving intricate collection matters by collaborating with customers and offices. Your role will entail building strong relationships and applying critical thinking skills to overcome challenges.

What will you be doing?

• You will arrange and oversee the completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities

• Developing professional relationships with internal and external customers, maintaining open lines of communication, and providing timely and professional service via email and phone

• Analyzing data to identify and solve complex problems

• Escalating more complex issues to senior-level team members and/or leadership

• Working with stakeholders to improve efficiencies and achieve targeted results

• Contributing ideas for process improvement

• Continuing to develop skills, building collections knowledge, and enhancing business acumen

• Fulfilling other duties or responsibilities as assigned based on team and/or country-specific requirements

Your professional profile:

• You should have a degree in Finance or a similar field

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable, or related finance roles is required

• English and Spanish proficiency at B2

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

• Effective and flexible communication skills

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated critical thinking abilities and the capacity to exercise independent judgement and make sound decisions
