As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing initiatives and projects to support commercial growth at our global logistics company.

You will proactively work alongside the business/marketing team to understand priorities while reporting to Marketing Director for European Surface Transportation with dotted line to Marketing Director of Global Forwarding.

Your responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating customer insights into marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, and applying a customer-centric approach.

This mid-level position requires strong marketing skills, project management expertise, and a customer-centric approach, but it does not involve people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute key initiatives and projects from the C.H. Robinson enterprise business (EST and Global Forwarding) and marketing plans to drive awareness and business growth
Project manage enterprise marketing efforts as identified
Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing and cross functional teams to understand priorities and create marketing value for stakeholders
Assist in the implementation of the enterprise marketing strategy – including key messaging development and content creation through various marketing channels including email, web, social media, digital advertising, events, internal communications etc. with measurable impact
Collaborate with marketing team to ensure enterprise content and channels are delivering our overall messaging goals and not out of balance
Assist in the continual updating of the holistic enterprise plan across divisions as initiatives evolve
Support efforts around gathering enterprise and technology story opportunities to help promote the enterprise customer promise
Prepare executive level presentations, reporting and recommendations based on key findings
Be an active member of the C.H. Robinson Marketing team representing the entire department
Liaise with other functional areas to gather potential enterprise content in support of customer promise and current enterprise priorities

Required qualifications:

+4 years of marketing experience
Project Management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience successfully driving results in cross-functional, matrix organizations
Ability to align stakeholders with unique and/or differing perspectives
Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
Ability to manage multiple multidimensional projects at once
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

B2B and Service marketing experience
Experience in the transportation/supply chain industry
