Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the management of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manual Journal Entries, gaining valuable experience in applying United States and Mexico Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Work closely with the team to conduct reconciliations for various categories, including Cash, Intercompany, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Taxes, and Fixed Assets to develop a well-rounded understanding of financial operations
• Play a pivotal role in preparing for audits by organizing financial information and providing essential supporting documentation, honing your skills in audit readiness
• Take part in intriguing special projects assigned by our finance team, offering an opportunity to provide critical analytical insights and research support
