C.H. Robinson is hiring a Business Analyst - Market Solutions to identify, document, and design processes for automation and Transportation Management System development workstreams. These processes will support internal customer account teams and external end users in improving productivity and operational efficiency. You will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Work with customer teams to document business requirements related to issues affecting business processes and productivity
Collaborate with the Market Solutions team to design and document new solutions
Aggregate issues affecting multiple customers to create business cases for strategic projects
Provide consultative support for internal account teams regarding opportunities in the ticket queue
Understand customer needs to draft process maps for potential solutions
Prepare requirements and prioritize items for development sprints
Draft definition documents with business users to ensure clarity between business and technical teams
Collaborate with technical experts to understand and document feasibility and cost to build
Manage time and prioritize work effectively
Report time allocations to projects, customers, and tickets
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
High school diploma or General Educational Development certificate
Minimum of two years of experience working on project teams
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL querying
Ability to travel up to five percent domestically and internationally
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in technology from an accredited college or university
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation
Previous experience with reporting analytics and data platforms
Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to document technical requirements
Curious mindset to understand customers' needs
