Overall responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall Commercial and Finance metrics for the state
- FY volume delivery, availability targets, customer marketing planning & execution, budget management, monthly reports & review meetings.
- Manage the overall distributor relationship and work seamlessly with the distributor team to deliver the Campari India business plans for the imported & domestic brands.
- Build & maintain relationships with trade (on trade – retail) ,key accounts (outlet owners , managers , bar staff , operations) key influencers & decision makers to help deliver our business & marketing agenda.
- Lead the Key Accounts + Customer Marketing strategy & execution for Goa “Estimated 100 Outlets”
- Trend Leading Accounts in on trade & retail which deliver both image & volume for our portfolio
- Number & List of Outlets to be shared city
- Investment strategy / outlet level plan for must have outlets (sell in schemes, sell out plans, contracts etc.)
- Outlet priority basis outlet business opportunity & budget availability.
- Outlet industry view for volume & market share planning
- Understanding of outlet business (consumer / occasions) to plan relevant brand lead
- Must have accounts & good to have accounts: Define , lead & execute the ‘Listing Target’ by brand
- Menu listing (Correct Pricing, Signature Serves, Customized Menus, Cocktail Pages)
- Back bar placement / shelf facings
- Relationships
- Hotels: Banquets , Restaurant , Bar to tap all opportunities
- Stand Alone : Owners, Managers , Bar Staff
- Retail : Owner, Key Salesperson
- Build an ecosystem of trade influencers in Goa, build relationships & create a sense of passion for our brands within the trade community
- Training Target (FY list of outlets, number of staffs, calendar)
- Incentive planning & deployment
- End to end execution of the training modules supported by the local training agency
- Toolkits will be provided by head office
- POSM Planning & Execution
- Planning, Deployment & Maintenance of available brand assets in relevant on/off trade outlets
- Customize visibility initiatives for outlets
- Explore opportunities in image outlets in both on & off trade
- Brand walls, wall bays , shelf in shelf , festive gandolas etc
- Scale , Budget , Design toolkits will be shared by HO
- Planning & deployment of the brand activation calendar shared by head office
- Customize & implement bespoke activations in select outlets (as per brand guidelines)
- Brand theme activities: Sundowners, Pool Parties, Cocktail Week, Negroni Week, Father’s Day, Valentines, Whisky Appreciations, etc
- Plan relevant outlets for GWP deployment – Track outcome as per set KPIs
- M&E of all activities, share learnings & insights for future planning
- Explore brand experiences, sponsorship opportunities for trials & awareness – Outlet owners, influencers in the field of F&B , fashion & lifestyle, other relevant areas as per our brand positioning .
- Develop new customer contacts consisting of decision makers and business influencers for the Company’s various product and service offerings – new launches, competition tie ups etc
- Design and deliver customised presentations to outlets & event partners (Wedding planners, MICE planners, Chefs etc ) to expand on the benefits of the company’s service and product offerings e.g. Aperol Bars at day events ( Mehndi’s @ Weddings ) , Cocktail Bars @ Corporate events – “WIN Business opportunities with creative & experiential thinking”
- Actively follow-up on proposals, to ensure customer satisfaction/clarity of all deliverables of the Company’s offering and timely closure of partnership.
- Secure & help others secure orders to ensure achievement of both personal and regional business plan targets.
- Lead the key account sales - including full control of the sales process (stock management, outlet identification, proposal development, writing and delivery, project costing, closing and contract negotiations).
- Undertake special assignments from time to time as guided to develop business plans for new products and markets e.g launch of new brand, sku , category
- Drive innovative, creative and compelling proposals that represent best company and industry practice.
- Promote the Company’s products and services to market segments whose requirements match the benefits of the Company’s offering e.g. Corporate gifting packs during Diwali , X’Mas , Weddings etc
