Role Context and Mission Integration within Campari Group means to design and implement solutions that seamlessly integrate various IT systems within the organization, and to do so in a way that aligns with the overall business strategy and objectives of the company.The goal is to help the organization achieve its business goals by leveraging technology to drive efficiency, innovation, and collaboration across the organization.To accomplish this mission, the integration team will need to work closely with a range of professionals, vendors, and external resources, and to ensure that their work effectively supports the needs of all stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.This may involve managing vendor relationships and coordinating the work of external resources to ensure that integration projects are delivered on time and within budget and identifying and addressing any technical or operational issues that may arise during the integration process.
Key Responsibilities – Global IT Integration Architect
- Leading the design and development efforts for our systems integration projects and coordinating with other technical and industry team leads on our larger technical implementations
- Work together with the Project Lead and Domain/Solution Architects to manage integration architecture and specifications through the software development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT integration strategy
- Focus on development of existing integration platform, mainly based on Tibco products
- Lead the design and implementation of IT integration solutions, focusing on an API-led strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain documentation for IT integration processes and standards
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT integration systems and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams and stakeholders on integration capabilities and products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to IT integration
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners involved in IT integration projects
- Manage budgets and resources for IT integration initiatives
- Experience with SAP, Confluence, LeanIX, Azure DevOps and Splunk is a plus

- Honor’s / Master’s degree in network administration, information technology, computer science or related fields
- 10+ years’ experience in software development role, information technology role, technology consulting or related field, experience in CPG industry an advantage
- Proficiency in designing HLDs and LLDs for key technology stacks
- Knowledge of integration patterns and products within the industry
- Passion for technology, willingness to learn and experiment new ways of working and new tools
- Supplier and product management including being part of RFI's and RFP's
- Architectural lifecycle development methodologies, deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture as a function and how it drives simplification and efficiencies within the business
- English language fluency is a must, additional languages are an advantage
- The role is required to travel approximately 10%-20% of the time
- Ability to communicate digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, technical outreach within and without the organization
- Ability to conduct planning sessions and design multi-year roadmaps in the Integration Platform, strategically aligning with business goals
- Ability to influence others by communicating ideas or positions in a persuasive manner that builds support, agreement or commitment
- Able to exert strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Builds a trust-based relationship with key stakeholders. Uses a formal and informal network to gather information
- ITIL v3/4
- Certifications (Frameworks) – PMP, Prince 2, Agile
- Certifications (Technologies) – Tibco Connect / Certified Associate, Professional or Developer paths
- Microsoft 365 (focus on Power Platform and integration) is a plus
- Knowledge of different integration products (ie. SAP BTP/CPI/PI) is a plus
