Focused on Mainland China, the company directly manages brand equity development through ATL and BTL initiatives and cooperates with a local distributor who a) focuses on the commercialization of the product portfolio with the trade and b) jointly plans with CBT and execute targeted BTL actions, especially in the On-Premise channel.The Brand Manager Italian Icons plays a major role in designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and consideration of our Italian Icons Portfolio (including Aperol, Campari, and Cinzano). She/he is responsible for brand ownership and for the achievement of brand objectives. Key Responsibilities And Activities
  • Contributes to the development of local strategies consistently with global brand guidelines, ensuring full alignment with the Group Strategic Marketing team
  • Work with agency to conduct research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key drivers of trial and consumption for each segment and demand occasion
  • Contributes to the development of local brand positioning, associated marketing themes, and media channels that align with corporate brand vision and target customer demographics
  • Is directly responsible for the design and execution of all ATL, BTL, brand PR and innovation activities directly managed by CBT, in full alignment with distributors’ brand plans and CBT’s strategy. Tracks the overall brand budgets and m onitors the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and tactics
  • Manages new product development projects / launches in the market, and supports the development of pricing strategies in cooperation with the Commercial Manager and distributors
  • Constantly follows consumer and competitive landscape and the evolution of new trends
  • Maintains strong relationship with media / creative agencies and encourages creative output
  • Continuously promotes and supports capabilities development within the marketing organization
Reporting And Other Key RelationshipsThe role reports to the Marketing Manager China. He/she will work closely with CBT’s Customer Marketing and Commercial, as well as with the distributor’s Marketing and HORECA teams. Experience
  • At least 6 years of marketing experience in a brand driven multinational companySolid experience within the Chinese market is a must
  • FMCG background required; beverage industry and on-premise knowledge are a plus
Skills
  • Solid experience with development and management of digital campaigns and BTL activations to build brands
  • Good strategic thinking combined with a strong ROI and analytical mindset
  • Outstanding execution skills and great attention to detail, coupled with the ability to meet deadlines by managing various projects with a diverse range of priorities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to successfully operate within international and multicultural environments
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with fluency in Mandarin and English, written and oral
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to the enthusiasm and positive interactions with colleagues
