General Description Of The Role

The Global Employee Experience Manager - Activation is responsible for:

  • Driving the DEI agenda for Campari and fostering a diverse & inclusive eco-system at Campari globally,
  • Shaping the culture through employee program activation,
  • Designing an authentic EVP/Employer Brand and driving employee advocacy
  • Crafting and communicating a consistent, clear story which connects the dots between different elements of Campari reality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive DE&I agenda for Campari Group across the globe: design DE&I strategy and plans with respect to the global and local context, develop creative yet pragmatic solutions that address employee needs, act as a trusted DE&I partner and adviser to HR and business helping develop inclusive experiences across employee lifecycle.
  • Activate and land employee experience programs to create and amplify cultural awareness, enhance emplpoyee engagement, create sense of belonging, recognition and purpose, drive equity, and ensure employee well-being. Craft and deliver compelling and authentic stories that showcase Campari Group culture, purpose, and impact for internal (employees) and external (candidates) audiences.
  • Play creative role in development and implementation of a coherent and consistent employer branding strategy that supports the business objectives and differentiates the employer value proposition, optimizes Campari Group presence and increase employer brand awareness to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates, and drives employee ambassadorship and advocacy.

Language Skills:

  • English: Native/Bi-lingual proficiency

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 3+ years of experience in Culture/DE&I, Employer Brand, Communications in a complex multi country / multi language organization.
  • Strong storytelling skills to communicate both on a factual and emotional level.
  • Knows and follows external trends and maintains an external network to stay current on specific Communications, DE&I, Employee Experience best practices
  • Technology savvy to incorporate new channels into communication proposal
  • Ability to work well across cultures, supporting and influencing others
  • Global experience as a plus – living and working abroad
