As an Aperol Ambassador:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
As an Aperol Ambassador:
- You are a first point of contact for the On-Trade customers in your region.
- You ensure optimal availability of our products to your customers
- You stimulate the knowledge of our brands by visiting new and / or unvisited customers
- You are not afraid to make new contacts and customers
- You provide the necessary support by demonstrating perfect service(s) and providing essential service tools
- You achieve sales and distribution objectives as a result of the planning and execution of the various predetermined plans
- You build the brands in the hospitality industry and are responsible for achieving your targets (KPIs)
- You are responsible for the qualitative implementation of those plans and do not settle for a pass.
- You support the activities planned by our distributor in your region.
- You demonstrate your time management skills by meeting deadlines, scheduling your appointments and ensuring strong follow up.
- You are a team player, share your best skills and inform the regional account manager of our distributor
- You maintain customer database efficiently
- You attend the On Trade Sales Meetings of our distributor at relevant moments and implement all actions, in consultation with your manager, resulting from these meetings
- You report to the Market Manager in the Netherlands
- You are open, fit, curious, sociable, and full of energy. Meeting new people and discovering new stories are opportunities for you to grow.
- Excellent negotiating skills
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Structure and organization are your keywords
- You are able to work autonomously and still have a team/ collaborative approach that contributes to the enthusiasm and positive interactions with your colleagues.
- You do not give up easily and are not satisfied with simply achieving the objective, you always want to get the most out of it
- You are fluent in Dutch (a good knowledge of English is a plus)
- You have a valid driving licence B and long distances do not scare you
- You are pragmatic, reliable and understand the implications of your work on the overall performance of the department and the company.
- You already have a first commercial experience, preferably in the on trade sector.
