Job Responsibilities:

Sales Admin

  1. Supporting RARE manager and sales team to handle daily administrative and logistic arrange including – POSM arrangement for activation and event setup, clients order delivery, inventory checking and shipment scheduling, cheque bank in etc.

Office Admin

  1. Supporting finance manager to handle office management matters including office & office equipment maintenance (repair), communication with office management office, daily cleaning arrangement, bills payments e.g. license, management fee, electricity.
  2. Support CHK Office to take care office and accessories purchase e.g. coffee, ice, garnish for bars etc
  3. Manage warehouse in CHK office and ensure inventory is in good condition


  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Possess good level of initiative and able to work independently
  • Possess high level of integrity and respect for others
  • Skilled in MS Office
