Title: Dynamics 365 - Tech. Business Analyst
Location: New Jersey

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 - Tech. Business Analyst with extensive experience in Customer Engagement and a strong background in the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of D365 Sales, Service, Dataverse, and Power Apps capabilities. This role requires proficiency in requirement gathering, conducting workshops, integration architecture, data migration, and customization of CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops to drive requirement analysis and design by engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the review and approval of requirements from all stakeholders.
  • Apply subject matter knowledge in integration architecture and map integration patterns to functional usage.
  • Utilize experience in MS CRM third-party integration using Middleware Tools, Mulesoft, APIs (REST, ODATA, Web APIs), and SSIS packages.
  • Implement data migration, data analysis, data mappings, and data harmonization using out-of-the-box (OOB) and third-party tools, preferably with Azure Data Factory.
  • Customize workflows, plugins, forms, and perform CRM administration.
  • Use experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM’s out-of-the-box data import processes for data migration and translation.
  • Conduct data analysis and validation with CRM dynamics configuration rules.
  • Write user stories, conduct grooming sessions, and story walkthroughs.
  • Prepare use case diagrams, UMLs, sequence diagrams, and Visio flows.
  • Author and manage the integration backlog, identify dependencies, and sequence the work.
  • Give demos to the Product Owner and other stakeholders for final sign-off.
  • Participate in sprint planning, review, backlog refinement, and story grooming.
  • Assist Product Owners in deciding the fitment of change requests into existing business flows without additional development effort.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement.
  • Proven experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
  • Strong understanding of D365 Sales, Service, Dataverse, and Power Apps.
  • Proficiency in Middleware Tools, Mulesoft, APIs (REST, ODATA, Web APIs), and SSIS packages.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory is highly desirable.
  • Solid experience in data migration, data analysis, data mappings, and data harmonization.
  • Expertise in writing user stories and managing agile backlogs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
