Technical Support Engineer (LANSW)

We are in search of our next Technical Support Engineer (LANSW).

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing and implementing Local Area Networks, involving meticulous planning, configuration, and testing of network components like routers, switches, and hubs.
• Engaging in network administration tasks, including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and upkeep of network devices.
• Ensuring network security by implementing measures such as firewalls and encryption, safeguarding against intrusions and maintaining data integrity.
• Offering technical support to users encountering connectivity or performance issues, resolving them efficiently.
• Documenting network configurations and issue resolutions, ensuring records are up-to-date to facilitate future maintenance and troubleshooting.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Proven track record in designing and implementing Local Area Networks.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, routing, and switching concepts.
• Experience in network security protocols and implementing security measures.
• Excellent command of English language (B2 level) in both written and verbal communication.
