About the job you're considering

Capgemini’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is a thriving unit within our global cybersecurity consulting practice. We have successfully delivered over 200 digital identity engagements in the last five years and are recognized by analysts as one of the world’s leading providers of IAM strategic consulting, advisory, and delivery services.

We take a business-first approach to digital identity. We are looking for IAM business consultants and IAM technology consultants – as well as people who work on aspects of both. We work as a varied team with one goal: ensuring IAM is effective and successful for our clients, however, that is best achieved.

We cover every aspect of digital identity, including access management, identity governance and administration, and privileged access management. Our consulting is supported by world-class technology delivery and service operations capabilities from our wider global team.

Capgemini is proudly independent. We strongly invest in training our team to offer trustworthy consultancy to our clients on all relevant approaches and technologies – working with established capabilities and market innovators. Joining Capgemini’s IAM team will give you the scope to work at the very forefront of IAM, with digital identity at the core.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

No two IAM engagements are alike, and we encourage our team to work on a variety of project types. We work with all industry sectors, and we cover every aspect of IAM – from strategic advisory work through to complex business change and technology delivery.

Your precise role will depend on your experience, interests, and the direction in which you want to take your career – but it will include some combination of the following:

  • Establishing IAM business requirements
  • Working as a client-side advisor, undertaking consultancy and advisory work on IAM
  • Developing IAM-related processes and Target Operating Models (TOMs)
  • Designing IAM capabilities, covering both technology and business aspects, implementing technology solutions
  • Establishing IAM business process change and delivering or leading IAM projects or transformations

You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini, striving for equity, diversity, and inclusion is part of everyday life, and will be part of your working reality. We have built an inclusive and welcoming environment, for everyone.

Your skills and experience

You will be comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team. You will have practical experience in IAM covering some of the following:

  • Business analysis in support of IAM capability change
  • IAM consultancy and advisory work, helping understand and guide digital identity improvements within an organisation
  • IAM Target Operating Model work and the development of effective IAM processes and structures
  • IAM solution design and architecture
  • IAM delivery, for example using technologies such as SailPoint, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or other products

We know that IAM is a broad field, and we will flexibly consider applications from a range of backgrounds, from the more technical to the more business-focused and including candidates with transferrable skills developed using less common IAM products.

Your security clearance

Security Check (SC) Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
