Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert-level support for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Windows server environments
• Ensure efficient, compliant and secure implementation of IT infrastructure, diagnosing
and resolving complex project-related issues
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure that no balls are dropped in between the teams
• Observe and support Local IT Requirement interpretation

Key Activities:
Design:
• Participate in capacity planning exercises to ensure optimal resource utilization and scalability of the infrastructure.
• Support in Local IT requirement conversion into IT infrastructure design.
• Stay updated on latest trends, best practices, and security vulnerabilities related to Windows and make recommendations for improvements

Design & Implement:
• Optimize system performance by analyzing system logs, monitoring resource utilization, and implementing performance tuning techniques
• Implement and maintain security measures, including access controls, authentication mechanisms, and system hardening techniques
• Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides

Handover:
• Diagnose and resolve complex project-related issues, working closely with end-users, support teams, and vendors, as necessary.
• Perform regular maintenance activities, such as system updates, patch management, and vulnerability assessments.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to support teams and endusers on operating system-related topics.

Qualifications:
Besides from having strong Windows skills you also need to have experience from:
• Supporting in the process of virtual environments-, network, OP - and GPO – structure
• Managing ordering processes for environments, server orders, and FW openings
• Handling local setup, including compliance template and configuration
• Qualification responsibilities, including verifying server deliverables, managing Local IT change and overseeing receiving control
• Documentation, ensuring that it adheres to client standards
• Data Center environments
• Strong communications skills in Danish and English both verbally and in writing
• Experience from authority regulated production industries is an advantage
