Position Summary

As a Consultant in our Insights and Data team, you will be in charge of developing Ab Initio solutions for our financial services customers. You will contribute to a team delivering on Capgemini’s strong growth ambition.
Your role will align with our financial services clients to work together on innovative Data, AI and Cloud projects with our customers in banking and insurance. You will work closely with our management team who will provide training, career tools, growth opportunities, and genuine feedback to get the future you want. Responsibilities

  • Combine your technical and logical expertise to create differentiated client solutions.
  • Deliver real business value through your innovative and business focused approaches with robust modern data platforms as a team member of Capgemini Insights Data is a Global Business Line focused on helping organizations become truly data and insight driven by leveraging technologies such as ETL, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Partner with clients to align with their business goals, industry trends and technological advancements.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of Ab Initio developer experience
  • Experience in Ab Initio, Hadoop, Hive, Oracle, and Unix
  • Ab Initio ETL tool expertise
  • Hadoop Framework
  • Expertise in Ab Initio EME, Ab Initio Control Center, Continuous Flows, Ab Initio Express>It, PDL, Meta programming, Conduct>It, Plans and Sub Plans
  • Have knowledge in Ab Initio Query>It, Ab Initio MHub & DQE and have attended trainings session on the same from Ab Initio Corporation
  • Skilled in developing Ab Initio jobs for various business requirements using Ab Initio Co>ops 4.0, 3.3 with respectively GDE versions
  • SQL writing capabilities
  • Well versed on Data Investigation and Data Analysis
  • Validate UAT results and identify issues
  • Open to travel upon request and available to work in a hybrid work model

  • Ability to explain functional technical details
  • Cloud and Artificial Intelligence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Machine Learning or related field

  • Collaboration across internal and external team members
