YOUR ROLE
As Delivery Lead with Capgemini, you will play a meaningful role in overseing plans while working with peers and stakeholders across lines of business, to ensure that a business architecture and roadmap is developed to address the needs and strategy of both business and technology related to call centre telephony & desktop technology
In this role, you will play a key role in:
- Staying up to date with industry best practices to educate clients and internal teams on the advantages of various design and implementation options to meet business and technical requirements
- Initiate, plan, execute, control and close out each project or program from a business perspective, including co-ordination of cross-project and cross-department resourcing within established timelines
- Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and industry trends with in the distributed infrastructure area of focus
- Model Safe Path demo execution best practices in a variety of delivery modalities
- Conducts technical deep-dive sessions with vendors and executes short proof-of-concept efforts for business and IT
- Partners with VP-level stakeholders across multiple brands to advise on business impacts to technical solutions
- Coordinate and plan the overall program including pre-requisite projects, parallel interfacing source system projects across the enterprise
- Take accountability for project success including on-time, on-budget, high-quality targets
- Develop and define a structure and operating model for the program
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years in an agile delivery leadership role. Demonstrated experience in delivering projects in financial services or government organizations is highly desirable.
- Agile Expertise: Strong understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies, such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, or Kanban. Proven ability to scale agile practices to large, complex projects and teams.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Ability to inspire and motivate team members, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think deliberately and make data-driven decisions. Proven experience in managing and resolving project-related risks and issues.
- Agile Certifications: Relevant agile certifications such as SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are highly desirable.
- Adaptability: Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing project requirements or priorities.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in agile methodologies and project management practices.
