About the role:
As a Guidewire Developer (Insurance sector), you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire software solutions. Under the guidance of senior developers, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organization while contributing to the success of our projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an exciting and rapidly evolving industry.
Your future tasks:
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in the customization, configuration, and implementation of Guidewire applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and reliability.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to Guidewire development.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Familiarity with Java programming language - must have requirement
- Prior experience or certification of Guidewire software
- English language skills (additional German or French language skills are a strong plus)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
