We provide cloud focused delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, and cloud service management/delivery.

Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the customer and other technical SMEs, utilizing knowledge of storage and backup systems to quickly solve issues.
- Work with the team to define processes, policies, procedures, and rules.
- Ensure data integrity and availability.
- Create and maintain optimal backup, restore, and redundancy for critical data.
- Documentation of best practices, troubleshooting steps, and lessons learned.
- Perform housekeeping and administration tasks across the Storage and backup platform.
- Perform proactive maintenance and monitoring management.
- Be familiar with Monitoring toolsets, CA Spectrum, VMWare Aria, Solar Winds, etc.
- Maintaining currency and upgrading of hardware and software where required
- Use change, problem, including back out plans, incident, and release management toolset.
- Liaise with 3rd party service centres/engineers as required.
- Perform system transition processes to Standby or Site failover capabilities: DR Recovery and High Availability
- Monitor workflow using management tools (Service Now) and react to logged tasks, incidents, problems and requests.
- 24x7 system management/administration expertise in high availability mission-critical – On Call duty

Let’s talk about your capability and experience
- 3+ years of experience in Commvault Backup administration.
- Certifications from Storage and Backup vendors will be an added advantage.
- Storage experience across Pure, NetApp and Dell solutions.
- Experience in SAN Storage Switch technology
- Backup and Recovery: Knowledge of backup solutions and disaster recovery strategies
- Storage Virtualization: Understanding of virtual storage environments.
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Working with Service Now will be desirable
