Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure Pega applications to meet business needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Customize Pega applications and integrate them with other systems and databases.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Pega applications to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Pega applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance application performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and Pega frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Pega integration services (SOAP, REST, JMS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or higher certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
