Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsabilities

• Development of new design solutions for aircraft structures and system installation in cooperation with specialists from various departments.
• Modelling of 3D parts and assemblies with Siemens NX.
• Creation of drawings for manufacturing and installation.
• Provide support to prototypes and development testing.
• Support our engineering departments for compliance demonstration.

Requirements

• Sound knowledge of 3D modelling and drafting with Siemens NX.
• More than 5 years professional aerospace design experience in a relevant field, see below.
• ATA21 Air conditioning system installation
• ATA24 Electrical power system installation
• ATA27 Flight controls kinematic design and system installation
• ATA52 Doors design and installation
• ATA53 Rear fuselage structural design
• ATA53 Cockpit and cabin structural design
• ATA55 Vertical tail structural design
• ATA56 Windows system installation
• ATA72 Engine system installation
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Excellent team player with openness to interdisciplinary multicultural collaboration.
• Fluency in English is a must.
