Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leveraging company data across various business functions. This position involves analyzing metrics, proposing operational enhancements, and facilitating cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze data, generate insightful reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Methodology Enhancement: Evaluate existing methodologies, propose improvements, and implement changes to optimize business operations.
• Proposal Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation and development of proposals, leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams from different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
• Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects to completion.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and able to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• User Stories: Experience in writing clear and concise user stories to capture and communicate business requirements.
• Wireframing/Mockups: Practical knowledge of wireframing tools and ability to create detailed mockups.
• SQL Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL for querying databases (select statements, joins, functions).
• Business Process Diagrams: Experience in creating flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, system context diagrams, use case diagrams, and DFDs.
• Project Management: Demonstrated capability in independently managing multiple complex projects as a Business Analyst.
• Tools Awareness: Familiarity with requirement gathering tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps / TFS, Axure RP, etc.
