We are looking to recruit Senior Consultants for our Engineering & R&D team in Gothenburg to strengthen our Intelligent Industry team.

WHO DO WE THINK YOU ARE?

We think you have 3-4 years of experience as a project manager in the automotive or manufacturing industry, driving complex transformation projects. Furthermore, we believe you have the following skills:

• In-depth understanding of product development and its core processes
  
• Analytical and structured approach to complex problem-solving, eagerness to learn, adapt to new situations, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  
• Experience in PLM transformation projects linking strategy, business needs, and IT
  
• Understanding topics such as Model-based definition, Model Based Systems Engineering, Digital continuity, Digital Thread, and Digital Twin
  
• Outstanding grades from a master’s degree in engineering or business
  
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as fluent English
