• Candidate should have 6 to 9 years of SAP experience
• Candidate should have minimum 4+ Years experience in SD CS in implementation, support, rollout projects.
• Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge
• Understanding of project implementation methodologies, ITIL processes.
• Design Implement and Support the SAP solution.
• Work on support engagement and manage priority-based tickets.
• knowledge of SLAs and playing vital role in identifying RCA
• Contribute to competency and work on PoC PoV’s.
• Co-ordinate with technical team on custom objects.
• Interacting with customers understanding the requirements, proposing solutions, methodology, etc. Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing lead role.
• Service contracts.
• Repair orders.

• Inhouse repair scenario.
• DIP Profile configuration.
• Equipment Serial nos and Install based management.
