Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP GRC Security Consultant to join our team for a large transformation program with a prominent government client. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic initiative and contribute to designing and implementing cutting-edge SAP security solutions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all security solutions comply with audit and governance risk management policies. Address vulnerabilities and ensure robust security practices are in place. Analyse and assess potential risks and vulnerabilities and propose appropriate measures.
- Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate GRC SOD workshops and engage stakeholders in the SoD management process.
- SAP GRC AC, IDM, IPS/IAS, IAG, and Fiori Security: Leverage your expertise in these areas to deliver high-quality security solutions tailored to client needs.
- Design SAP Security Solutions: Design, configure and implement Governance Risk and Compliance solutions (GRC AC, IAG) to meet the organization's requirements, ensuring the protection and compliance of sensitive data.
Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP GRC AC and SAP Security, with a strong focus on SAP GRC, IDM, IPS/IAS, IAG, and Fiori Security.
- Certification: SAP GRC Access Controls certification is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years’ experience in SAP Security/GRC Access Controls coupled with a deep understanding of Fiori Security.
- Possess 3-6 years’ experience in SAP IDM, inclusive of experience in configuration and integration of SAP IDM with SAP and Non-SAP systems.
- Showcase exceptional communication skills, adept at liasing with clients, vendors and stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the intricacies of S/4 HANA environments with a strong understanding of best practices.
- Experience in in implementing and maintaining SAP Security roles and authorisations.
- Ability to analyse and assess potential risks and vulnerabilities in SAP systems and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
- Excellent problem-solving and trouble shooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
