Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks:
· Develop Air and Sea Freight business with global network of agents and partners
· Promote existing products in air, ocean and warehousing to global agent network with aim to grow volumes and profits
· Developing new products in Air and Sea Freight matching CP strength and agent’s requirements
· Support development of existing VIP agents and work on setting up new agents / trades in close cooperation with Route Managers
· Support the local freehand sales activities for trades with agents by delivering presentations, sharing information & acting as competence center
· Work closely with overseas partners and superior manager in setting up development strategy
· Expertise in country facts and knowledge, economic geography skills, competitor information, key and target accounts
· Monitor risk management and payment term agreements
· Ensure all enquiries received are being responded & recorded in Company system in a timely manner
· Prepare quotations and follow up on pending quotations with agents to understand reasons for failure
· Work with product management to optimize win ratio of business inquiries
· Deep dive into enquiries if it is for a Key Account and work collaboratively
· Any ad hoc assignments as requested
Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:
· Diploma or above in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent
· At least 2 years of working experience in freight forwarder
Special Knowledge:
· Freight forwarding
· Computer basic knowledge, MS Office (doc., xls., ppt.)
· English language
· Mandarin language
