If you join us, you will become a part of friendly and high performing operations team which is responsible for A-Z handling of Sea cargo Import shipments while providing excellent customer service. You will be reporting to an Import Manager who is ready to train and support you and you will certainly appreciate fast approval and decision-making process and possibility to learn and develop along the way. 

You will lead the operations desk of 4 colleagues, problem solving, training, coaching, assigning shipments through our Internal SPOT platform. You will lead by example, handling own shipments and ensuring best practice and service across the team whilst negotiating rates with truckers/vendors and quote origin as well as own customers.
