We have an exciting new opening for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our cargo-partner warehouse team in Roermond. This role will suit an experienced Warehouse Customer Service professional with a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and will involve using our Warehouse Management System to manage daily activities, co-ordinate truck and container loads with our warehouse, and supervise a team of 2 Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities:
· Administrates cargo receipts/issues within the Warehouse Management System (LogSpace)
· Co-ordinates loadings and un-loadings of trucks and containers, together with the Warehouse Manager
· Co-ordinates the daily order to be handled and pick&pack activities to be carried out by the warehouse workers
· Manage the inventory count using Microsoft Excel
· Stores, handles and moves goods in and out of the warehouse according to department’s defined work processes
· Arranges truck deliveries, either by oneself or in collaboration with the Road Transportation department
· Coordinate customs brokerage services with Customs Department, if applicable
· Offers customers care activities for assigned customers, if applicable
· Reports damages and discrepancies to the Division Manager and Legal Department
· Processes data in company´s IT systems
Desired experience:
· Warehouse/logistics experience
· Strong English language skills (Dutch is an advantage)
· Strong reporting and Excel skills
· Great customer service skills
· Your enthusiasm and positive team focused attitude

· A strong desire to deliver the best outcome and results
