Job Description:

- Making tracking report regularly and update states to customer, monitor and support sales to handling abnormal shipments

日常制作更新货物状态报表并发送至客户，实时跟踪货物状态，协助销售处理异常货物

- As per customer’s requirement to make manual statement documents monthly

根据客户要求输出月度报表

- Build up good communication with accounting & operation team to push client to settle payment in time

与财务、操作团队保持良好沟通，协助跟进客户收款情况

- Follow up enquiries from sales or sales' customer and make quotations according to company's policy

根据公司政策，跟进询价并报价

Job Requirements:

1. 物流管理、国际贸易、国际商务、英语等相关专业在校2025应届毕业生

2. 对货运代理、国际贸易、国际物流相关行业感兴趣

3. 电脑操作熟悉，熟悉word、excel等基本办公软件，能适应电子化办公环境

4. 有责任心，良好的学习能力和沟通能力，能适应团队工作协助

5. 英语达到四级水平或同等水平，能适应英文工作环境

6. 实习时间：可实习6个月以上
