Your responsibilities:

Analysing the transport requirements from the customer, based on the RFQ documentation,

Offer preparation accordingly to the specifications included in the internal documentation,
\n
Check and validate the received input on completeness, consistency etc,
\n
Request the necessary rates at the involved countries,
\n
Communication with the Commercial leads and globally located departments,
\n
Secure / manage the timely delivery of the rates by the customers,
\n
Calculate transport cost budgets based on the rates and the available shipment profile,
\n
Coordination and actualization of the files crucial for the measuring current stage of reporting process.

Knowledge and professional experience in logistics area / data analysis,

University degree - studies connected with transportation are preferable

English language skills - fluent both written and spoken,
