    As a customer service agent, you will be working within our 'strategic accounts' team. You always strive for the utmost! Both for our customers and for DSV. You are in proactive daily contact with our international customers and act as their internal agent to colleagues in planning and cross-dock.

    Together with your colleagues, you are the first point of contact for international key accounts. You track shipments and keep customers informed about the status of their shipments. You request the latest updates on shipments from your planning colleagues and verify outgoing documentation in the meantime. You contribute to this.

    How do you do this? Your task is to provide a suitable solution to your customer when there are delays or escalations. This can be for shipments transported to England, Eastern Europe, or Italy.
