Tasks and responsibilities:

1. 2nd level support on Microsoft and other services such as: AD, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Windows Servers, Azure, Active Directory maintenance, Lifecycle management
\n
2. Take an active part in securing stable and reliable operations.
\n
3. Create VM Machines, VM Migrations, VM Machine Configuration (CPU, Disk, RAM etc), prepare & Patch templates for VM Machines
\n
4. Daily Operations on processing SCOM Alerts for Windows Servers, analyze common problems with Windows OS
\n
5. Physical Server Hardware Provisioning.
\n
6. Participate in internal and external projects.
\n
7. Handle incident, Service & change request related to above systems
\n
8. Participation in Global Infrastructure internal maintenance projects.
\n
9. Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
\n
10. Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values.  Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.
\n

Education and skills:
\n    Minimal requirements

\n
1. Knowledge about Microsoft and VMware technologies to a certain extent.
\n
2. Proven track record from other Operational positions.
\n
3. Experience with automating operational tasks (including PowerShell).
\n
4. Extended Windows  Server OS ,WMI, performance monitoring skills
\n

           Languages – English B2.

Minimal work experience:

1. 2nd level support on Microsoft and other services such as: AD, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Windows Servers, Azure, Active Directory maintenance, Lifecycle management
