1. Communicate with all related parties that are involved in the shipping arrangement and process.
2. Provide pre-alert or pre-advise to all related parties.
3. Prepare monthly KPI report for Key Accounts if request.
4. Provide quotation to overseas or customer.
5. Issue Preliminary claim when the cargo has irregularity condition.
6. Handle customers’ inquiries, complaints, claims follow up and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues.
7. Collect and analyze data for irregular cases, prepare action plan if requested
