As a warehouse team leader, you are constantly looking for ways to improve productivity and make our logistics processes run seamlessly. No challenge is too big and you know better than anyone to bring out the best in your team members: You work at it.

How do you do this? You are the colleague our supervisor can rely on. You have a keen eye for what is going on in our warehouse. By placing the right people in the right positions, you ensure that we meet our production standards and time and quality requirements. You achieve this by:

• distributing the daily operational work and actively being the first point of contact for the 10 to 25 colleagues in your team;
• proactively noticing deviations and disruptions in operations;
• contributing to projects to improve our logistics processes and procedures;
• ensuring compliance with legal, company and safety regulations.

• demonstrable managerial experience within a logistics environment;
