Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the logistics park activities in Trojena including warehouse & laydown areas.
  • Manage relationships with investors, contractors & suppliers, ensuring regular communication.
  • Ensuring the Neom standards for Land Use are maintained which include facility maintenance, reinstantement, and security.
  • Develop and enforce Logistics park policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with logistics companies to facilitate smooth operations within the park.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Lead and manage the on-site team, providing training and development to ensure high performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or industrial park management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics and facility management software.
