Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management System Oversight: Develop, implement, and maintain a document management system that meets the needs of the Neom Logistics LAR process and complies with Neom regulatory requirements.
  • Process Development and Implementation: Establish and maintain document control processes and procedures for document processing, distribution, retention, retrieval, and destruction.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all documentation complies with defined LAR process standards, regulatory requirements, as well as quality standards.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of all LAR documents, including revisions and distribution logs. Prepare reports on the status of documentation for management review.
  • Training and Support: Train staff on document control procedures and best practices. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure adherence to document management policies.
  • Document Review and Revision: Coordinate the review, approval, and revision of documents, ensuring that changes are communicated effectively to all relevant parties.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various departments to ensure that documentation requirements are met efficiently and effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact for document control matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in document control management, preferably in the [specific industry, e.g., construction, engineering, pharmaceuticals] sector.
  • Strong understanding of document control principles, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
