  • Commercial Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive commercial strategies to meet the required Neom Logistics sales targets and enhance profitability.
  • Market Analysis & Customer Engagement: Focus on the awarded contracts and analysis to understand the customer needs within the Neom Logistics scope of work. Use insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the Supplier or Contractors within Trojena as such
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations through process optimization and leveraging of technology.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and report on sales performance and profitability.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. An MBA or relevant graduate degree is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in commercial management, sales leadership, or business development, ideally within the [specific industry] sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of data analysis and sales forecasting tools is a plus.
