Senior Business Development Manager, Commercial

• Actively and proactively build sales leads
• Participating in targeted networking events and conferences to forge new business connections
• Look for short-term and long-term tender (RFQ) business possibilities actively.
• Create a local business plan and increase your presence locally for all of your logistical and service offerings.
• Establish the local value proposition and collaborate closely with the local product organization to boost sales and support the P&L of the local product.
• Promote the global value proposition and the whole customer experience
• Coordinate the Global and Regional team across functions, product, and regions to improve the overall cross selling experience.
• Ensure effective contract compliance and business onboarding
• Promote our organization to local decision-makers in the country who can affect the outcome of international tenders and to local decision-makers in the global marketplace.
• Set up our business to have access to the appropriate decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers across the client organization.

• Bachelor or Master's in Business, Logistics, Supply chain Marketing, or other relevant studies
• Contract Logistics experience is a must (Operation, Solution Design or Operation Excellence)
• Industry expertise and experience in supply chains and logistics
• Strong product-specific supply chain knowledge and the capacity to recognize and address the pain points of various customers
• Driven, ambitious, and tenacious enough to overcome obstacles and close deals
• Preferably with more than 5 years+ Business Development or Key Account Management experience in the logistics and supply chain sector
• Resourceful in current Market expectation
