It is essential that important changes and service requests relating to our Freight Management Services (FMS) are dealt with quickly and accurately: you work on it.

How you do this?

As an IT change specialist FMS, you will be responsible for the configuration and support of our FMS applications, QAD Precision and nShift, which partly run in the cloud. You work closely with a team of 8 colleagues to set up carrier integrations, a crucial step in the outbound process for both existing and new logistics customers. In short, the possibilities are endless!

As part of your duties, you assess, list and prioritize incoming requests via our ticketing system, and assign them to the right colleague. You are the linchpin in the web and maintain an overview of all pending requests. You communicate about this with clients, monitor test results, provide input for monthly KPI reporting and take care of internal invoicing.

As IT change specialist FMS, you are the supporting factor on which the team can build. With your commitment and expertise, you ensure that the change process runs smoothly, and our customers remain satisfied.

You will get this done by:

• knowledge and experience of logistics and freight processes;
• affinity with IT and change processes;
• prioritising and assessing FMS requests.

You bring

• experience within IT and ready for the next step in your career;
• good communication skills in Dutch and English;
• preferably already have experience with Freight & Transport Management.
