We are looking for a person who would like to join HRBP Team to execute company goals by converting them into a practice. If you like to combain data-driven approach with business acumen oriented on people you should continue with reading as maybe you will become a part of fast-growing International HR Organization within DSV Company having operations in over 90 countries with 75.000 colleagues around the world. |
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting strategic HR projects across 3 ISSC locations (Warsaw, Lisbon, Manila)
- Answering day-to-day queries about HR related matters
- Creating a culture of collaboration and internal communication in line with the mission and values of the organization
- Creating, verifying and improving HR procedures, creating reports, analyses
- Being trusted advisor for Line Managers
- Facilitate smooth execution of recurring processes
- Administration support
Our requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience within HR
- Very good English skills
- Understanding modern HR challenges
- Ability to find best solution following data-driven approach
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Experience working in international environment
- Solid stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity of current HR trends & tools
- Business acumen
- Relevant educational background
