Job Description

The Communication Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the Content Team by ensuring consistency and alignment across various communication channels while adhering to brand guidelines. The Communication Associate focuses on maintaining cohesive messaging and tone throughout all points of content distribution. Reports to the Head of Media.

  • Assists the Content Team in coordinating and managing content across different communication channels, including websites, blogs, newsletters, and internal communications platforms, to ensure unified brand messaging and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Upholds brand guidelines and standards across all communication materials, including written content, visuals, and multimedia assets, to maintain brand consistency and integrity
  • Conducts thorough reviews and proofreading of content materials to ensure quality, accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice and messaging guidelines before publication or distribution
  • Supports the management and optimization of communication channels, including editorial schedules and distribution platforms, to facilitate efficient content delivery and maximize audience engagement
  • Collaborates with the Content Team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of messaging across different communication channels, departments, and initiatives
  • Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content engagement and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization as needed
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, email marketing, or a related field
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and business management skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture preferred


  • Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

The hourly compensation for this position is $25- $30 per hour
