Job Description

Fragomen, the leading global immigration services provider and an AmLaw 100 Firm, is seeking an experienced Program Manager who will be accountable for highly complex and strategic projects within our Infrastructure Portfolio. The Infrastructure Program Manager will engage resources across the firm and supports multiple projects. The Program Manager must be eager to learn the business, to ensure success with cross-functional teams in planning and executing the delivery of project(s). This role leverages standard practices from inception to completion throughout the lifecycle of the projects, while ensuring consistency, reliability, transparency, and alignment across all stakeholders. Excellent communication skills are required, including the ability to craft clear status reports. Lastly, the Program Manager will build effective relationships and a team player who earns the trust of all stakeholders.

How you will make a difference as Infrastructure Program Manager at Fragomen:

  • Successful management of firmwide project(s), ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
  • Manage a program that include large scale infrastructure projects such as datacenter migrations, infrastructure buildouts, integrations, and deployments.
  • Leverage experience with large scale data migrations across difference infrastructure and application landscapes.
  • Work with sponsors to define business case, project scope, success criteria and KPI’s for infrastructure projects.
  • Work with cross functional teams to confirm the approach, milestones, and the plan.
  • Develop, track and oversees detailed project plans, milestones and monitors and track progress
  • Report progress across multiple projects to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, scope creep and costs by following a formal change request process.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate EPMO tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues / risk to minimize Program risk.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation using firm standard tools and guidelines.
  • Follow project management discipline, methodology and best practices.

Let’s talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, business, or related discipline preferred.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, preferably in the consulting or information technology sectors
  • Previous experience with Infrastructure Program Management, particularly Datacenter Migrations, Infrastructure Lifecycle Management, Infrastructure deployments and integrations.
  • Familiarity with global logistics processes and infrastructure projects or programs that are on a global scale.
  • PMP, Scrum, or other relevant certifications preferred
  • Experience with O365 suite of tools, Microsoft project, SharePoint sites.
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, designing, resolving, and documenting complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing projects from definition through implementation, involving internal personnel and external vendors.
  • Experience impacting transformative strategy within a large enterprise environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Must be extremely structured and organized.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong experience with waterfall and agile methodology.
  • Capable of strategic thinking and moving strategic plans into action.
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of project planning tools – preferably ServiceNow SPM.
  • Flexible to travel when required.
