Job Description

Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking an Integration Analysis/Testing Lead for our talented integration analysis and testing team. The IA/T Lead role at Fragomen works with business and product leads, and project managers to align business and IT needs with any current and anticipated integration needs.

How you will make a difference as an Integration Analysis and Testing Lead at Fragomen:

  • Act as primary liaison to our business and product factory leads, aligning the overall vision and business needs with current and anticipated integration strategy
  • Share business demand expectations with the workstream leads and assigns appropriate workstream user stories in the Product Backlog
  • Manage and prioritize Product Backlog with clearly defined features and user stories for the sprints based on business requirements for integration
  • Partner with Technical Lead to estimate activities / assign story points to improve delivery schedule projections, define acceptance criteria, and the definition of done for each sprint
  • Act as scrum master for team grooming, ceremonies, stand ups, retrospectives, etc.
  • Coordinate all QA testing necessary for integration work
  • Ensure that testing methods and results are linked to projects and documented in designated repositories
  • Collaborate with Integration Manager/Architect, and EA on Integration Roadmap
  • Ensure appropriate release details (features and timelines) are rolled into the status reports and metrics

Let’s talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Comp. Sci., Business, or related discipline; or relevant work experience considered
  • 3+ years of experience in leading business analysis or testing teams, or product management experience
  • Agile methodology, SDLC, and iterative development experience is a must have
  • Testing/QA experience using a variety of testing and documentation methods
  • Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and crafting requirements and writing user stories/documentation
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, application of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of IT functions, executives, lawyers, managers, staff, and other subject matter experts
  • Business acumen and the ability to understand a more extensive product and company strategy
  • Ability to work independently handling multiple deliverables with minimal supervision while achieving deadlines
  • Tech-savvy skills using software associated with requirements, analysis, and testing (Jira, Miro, Postman, Splunk)
  • Legal or Immigration industry experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of integration patterns and methodology, REST API, MFT, message queues, etc. is a plus
