Summary: The individual will support the quality management group. Individual will handle management of procedures, projects, and day to day issues. Track and maintain to closure. Initiate, assess, evaluate, and close insignificant changes such as Closure of Internal Audits, Corrective & Preventive Actions and document revisions.

The individual will work closely with quality systems and other departments to ensure compliance to procedures and regulatory requirements. He/she will be responsible for compiling various key quality indicator trend/metric data at defined frequencies.

• Strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail are necessary. This individual must be a strong team player with problem solving skills.
• An excellent verbal and written communication skill is a plus
• Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001, FAA regulations
• Data Entry
• Sort and analyze data
• Deliver reports
• Collect data from the manufacturing floor. Clean data, make corrections, and do basic data entry work into data bases
• Enter information into a database and ensure that data collection sources are accurate
• Examine data, putting data points into a database

Position Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read, write and understand English and follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Six months to one-year experience in a manufacturing facility
• Ability to examine data, make corrections and enter data into databases.
• Basic excel and database entry skills essential.
• Ability to use both Outlook email and Microsoft word.
• Compile information and deliver reports.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.

Hourly Range is $21.78 to $32.55 plus benefits and incentive plans.
