Job Description

Chase Media Solutions harnesses the power of Chase to help brands connect more meaningfully with 80 million Chase customers. Our transaction-based marketing platform leverages first-party data to expertly match businesses with audiences, inspiring valuable relationships that last through the Chase Offers program. As part of Offers & Shopping and Connected Commerce, we drive incremental growth for merchants while helping Chase customers level up how they shop and get more from the brands they love.

As a Sales Coordinator on the Chase Media Solutions team, you will sit within our Strategy and Business Operations team and partner closely with Commercialization teams to introduce new brands to our platform. You will produce high-quality client presentations and have the opportunity to help grow a new emerging media channel.   • Support the Sales Organization in preparing customized proposals to win new business and to identify and close up-sell opportunities
  • Manage requests and inputs across partner teams including Data, Product, and Marketing
  • Manage workflow to ensure processes and timelines are adhered to and met
  • Partner with internal controls, compliance and risk stakeholders to ensure proper procedures and documentation
  • Develop and maintain client profiles, sales databases, mailing/distribution lists, meeting calendars, and shared libraries of presentation materials
  • Champion and educate on effective use of sales tools and processes changes. Manage adoption and change management

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • 1+ years of full-time corporate experience supporting sales organization(s)
  • Proficient technical skills with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications
  • Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Expertise in performance marketing and/or digital ad platforms
