Job Description

You will support the ongoing development of the Analytics framework by conducting industry research, defining requirements while conducting complex gap assessments between as-is vs. should-be processes. You will leverage your excellent communication skills to effectively share findings with business partners while driving teams toward robust set of delivery milestones. You will use your deep expertise in risk mitigation to understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.

Job Responsibilities:

As a successful candidate you will:

  • Establish relationships and maintain collaboration with key stakeholders and control partners to deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Conduct research, outline business requirements, and analyze legal / compliance risks
  • Independently assess and analyze research results to identify business impacts.
  • Ability to understand, interpret and articulate the regulatory, legal and compliance related documents
  • GAP assessment between the expected protocol and the practise highlighting deviations that may require fixation
  • Document requirement interpretations in conjunction with legal and compliance and provide specifications.
  • Interact with and advise business / functional areas across multiple regions on requirement interpretations.
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence investigations in support of prioritized book of work

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Higher Degree
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, developing accurate conclusions and identifying areas for operational improvement.
  • 7+ years of experience and proven ability to gather/analyze complex operational processes and data to develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced problem solving and analytics skills.
  • Good Negotiation skills to collaborate across multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of the financial industry and the regulations that govern it.
  • Sound knowledge of one or multiple intelligence automation applications and/or programming languages
  • Strong team player and has the capacity to build good working relationships with cross functional / geographical teams
  • Result-oriented, accepting responsibilities and challenges that take them outside their comfort zone
