As a Digital Innovation - Web & Mobile, Vice President, you'll lead a dynamic team focused on driving innovation and enhancing our digital platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in developing strategies that utilize the latest in AI and machine learning, taking our digital marketing to the next level. You'll collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams, defining strategic initiatives and delivering results that disrupt existing processes and elevate us to a more futuristic level. Job responsibilities:

  • Leading the development and implementation of high-quality web and mobile solutions across Global and APAC
  • Driving innovation across JP Morgan, ensuring alignment and consistency in our innovation philosophy and approach
  • Managing a team of web and mobile product owners, fostering close collaboration with software developers, designers, product managers, and testers
  • Promoting agility and continuous improvement within the team through a test-and-learn approach, always prioritizing customer needs
  • Defining, monitoring, and reporting on key performance metrics related to web and mobile solutions
  • Leveraging innovative technologies, including AI and machine learning, to elevate the APAC marketing team
  • Developing and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure collaboration on key initiatives
  • Creating Proof of Concepts for demos and develop automation scripts with the team to resolve business pain points
  • Hosting regular steering committee/cabinet meetings with senior management and stakeholders
  • Staying updated with the latest trends in web and mobile innovation, particularly in the financial services or technology industry
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to Agile project management methodologies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in web and mobile innovation, preferably in the financial services or technology industry
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business
  • Proven understanding of AI and machine learning, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
  • Technical proficiency in Python, UIPath, or other automation tools
  • Experience with website management tools, including Google Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager, as well as HTML
  • Prior experience in a people management role, leading cross-functional teams
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a positive mindset and high energy levels
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies
  • A passion for digital innovation and a drive to make a significant impact in the industry

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as a Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing AI and machine learning strategies in a business context
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing large, diverse teams and complex projects
  • Experience in the APAC market and understanding of its unique digital landscape and customer needs
  • Certifications in Agile project management methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
