Responsibilities:Participate in the execution of audit engagements for clients, includingSecurities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants. Review, collect, and analyze data to detectdeficient controls, fraud or noncompliance with SOX Act Section 404. Review andanalyze U.S. GAAP financial statements and financial projections. Review SECfilings and research technical accounting issues. Analyze goodwill andlong-lived asset impairment. Understand and utilize KPMG's Audit Methodology.


WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F(9:00am – 5:00pm)

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityor foreign equivalent in Accounting or a related field plus seven (7) years ofexperience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, theemployer will accept a master's degree plus three (3) years of experience. Employerwill accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or relatedemployment experience deemed equivalent by a reliable credentials evaluationservice to meet the bachelor's degree requirement. U.S. GAAP; U.S. GAAS; FASB; ICOFR; PCAOB and AICPA auditing standards; Allowancefor Loan and Lease Losses (ALLL); and SEC financial reporting issues.

LICENSEREQUIREMENT: CPA licenserequired.

SALARY RANGE: $136,989 to $224,300 peryear
