Prepare and review U.S. tax returns, calculations, and partner allocations. Analyze investment and financial products. Research inbound and outbound tax issues related to U.S. and foreign partnerships and corporations, and their respective U.S. and foreign owners. Assist with training junior personnel. Ensure that clients' U.S. federal tax filings are accurate, aligned with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and timely filed.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Preparing and reviewing U.S. federal and state tax filings for partnerships and corporations; and Performing tax research.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with the following: Performing ASC 740 Income tax provision audit; and Running and managing OIT (One Source Income Tax) and BTE (Business Tax Engine) software for U.S. federal and state tax filings.
Must have written and verbal fluency in Korean.
Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 5%.

SALARY RANGE: $75,088 to $125,400 per year
